4g and WiFi calling

Hi just joined o2 on a sim only and had my number transferred over today. Just trying to enable 4g calling and WiFi calling on my iPhone which just keeps coming up with go to o2 website to enable. When on my o2 I can’t see any option to enable 4g calling and WiFi calling. Should this be enabled automatically?

It has to be enabled  by O2

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
