I’ve received a message to say that O2 has turned off my 4G! Does anyone know why this has been done. I’m a new customer and my account is all paid up to date so this isn’t a good start!

Hello @RMW333 and welcome to the o2 Community Forum.
It is probably because o2 Engineers are working on a mast near you.
Turn your phone on and off it will probably be ok before too long.
