Solved: 4G

I am on holiday in Spain and I cannot get 4 G . Can’t get Wi-fi when out and about only at home.

Message on screen says

Cannot Activate 4G calls

To enable 4G calls on this account contact O2

i went into the O2 shop before I came away, they changed the sim but it still doesn’t work.

I have iphone7, my friends with iPhones have no problem. My husband has Samsung no problem.

Data roaming is on

whats the answer please?

Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Your problem is the wrong bolt on on your account so call O2 when you get home to change it to idata.
