Why has my 4g been turned off on calls suddenly when I’ve upgraded my phone and contract

There;s a good chance you're on the wrong bolt on.

Call customer service to check your bolt on matches your phone Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Also check your 4g calling activation on both phone and account https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
