If you think a new sim will help you can request one from customer service and do a swap, or you can call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they'll swap it for you.

I doubt it's the sim but no harm in trying a new one. You can pop instore and they will transfer everything over for you. Or you can call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The network checker shows patch 5g in your location O2 Service Status so that could be confusing your phone.
Check your network settings and make sure 5g is not selected as an option.
Also try setting to 3g to see if your speeds improve, if so, this would indicate a saturated 4g network in your area.
