Hi everyone,
I got a 4G plan in October 2013 (unlimited calls/texts + 1GB) and this tariff was £22/month at that time. I got a second phone number yesterday with the exact same tariff and I found out that it now costs £17/month.
I would like to pay the same price for both plans since they are exactly the same. Are O2 people planning to update the plan of customers on the old tariff?
Thanks for your help.

That's great. Thanks for your responses.
I just got the following text so far: 'We're increasing your 4G data allowance. You'll get 5GB of data a month instead of 1GB. We'll apply the change to your account from your next bill on 13 January.'
However, I didn't get any information about the possibility of reducing the price of my tariff. A data increase would be useless in my case since I never use more than 800MB of data.

From what was said if on 1gb it raised to 5gb but those on the top 8gb had a reduction in tariff of £5

I can confirm that my 4g access fee of £5 is now £0.00 and got part credit of £1.98 on this months bill to cover 16th dec -28dec paid in advance on nov bill on both our 4g tariffs.

That's not fair at all.
There is no point in having a data increase from 1GB to 5GB when you're not a huge data consumer.

You may see it as unfair.
Normally when o2 alter a tariff mid term no changes apply to those already on it so this is all a bonus realy.
