If you goto Settings > General  > About what version of the Carrier file do you have?

If it'a less than OS 15.2 just wait on that screen and it should offer an updated file.

As far as I know the page doesn't actually do anything other than check your phone can handle 4G!

Are you in a 4G area?

Do you have the option in Settings > Cellular to enable/disable 4G?

Righto, well you don't need any of that rubbish to get 4G working....

4G Phone ?

4G SIM ?

4G Paid for on your account ?

4G Enabled location ?

If you get 4 yes's from above 4G will be working without the need for any codes or other rubbish.....
