Check the network here O2 Service Status and report any issues through the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
It may also be worth you getting a sim swap in your local o2 store.

To O2 Customer Support
I am and have been experiencing slow mobile data and lost connection shortly after I have moved to o2 since March 2020, contacted you many times but no change. I have followed https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088 today and the status claims your network is fine. Previously customer Support via messages that the problem is with my phone and laptop. What is the minimum requirement for having the speed I am paying for? I am very unhappy with your service and I hope your assistance would improve the matter.

This isn't O2.
You'll need to call customer service to speak to them. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

M15 – appreciate your post.
I am well aware this is not o2!so why am I posting here? I have been going around in circles with making contact with o2 customer service and I have never been able to speak to a person due to ‘current situation’ but can speak to a SALES person with no problem! But SALES cannot help me as they are SALES.
I have followed the instructions / guide on the o2 website which says to post on the FORUM and it claims if I post here Customer Service will respond. Let me wait and see before I go to OFCOM. Already taken me 2 hours to register my name on the Forum when I didn’t have to.

Customer service do not read the forum.
You'll ned to follow the O2 complaints process before OFCOM will take any notice of you too https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
@O2Elliott may be able to help you further but not until the morning.

Please allow me to look into this further and see what we can do to help.
Would it be okay for me to message you privately?
