I have today received a message stating that O2 has removed 4G calls, do I need to do something?

This has been reported before and is thought to be sent in error.

There's nothing you need to do.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Cheers for the clarification above @MI5 ! thumbsup Just to add, did you reboot your phone after you posted? We did receive a small number of reports of customers not being able to use 4G calling yesterday - the issue was swiftly fixed. slight_smile
