4G calling and Wifi Calling

I m using O2 pay monthly sim with unlimited data Plan I don’t know why 4G and Wifi Calling not available on my account I tried customer care so many times but nothing changed every time I m getting it will be available within 24 hrs or 30 mins the same answer.

You need to call customer service and check that you have the iData for iPhone bolt on applied to your account.

I did more than 20 times via live chat and calling 202.

I presume you don't have a zero pound spend cap?

For some unfathomable reason you cannot add WiFi calling if your spend cap is £0.

Why anyone even has to physically add these key features is a mystery. Why would anyone not want them......
