4G and Wifi calling

I've just had notification that O2 switched off 4g and wi fi calling on my phone - why?

It usually means they are doing work on the klocal mast

I don’t believe it’s a mast problem….I haven’t been able to make calls for a week. I am n ISA and everything has been ok til now
