dialled o2 cust service from my phone at 8pm tonight, its now 9pm and I am still on hold listening to some really tinny music but not connected to anyone.... the reason I was trying to call them was to speak about my phone upgrade, you would think it was a fairly simple request, I am due an upgrade as my contract is now actually up, so I placed an order earlier tonight and agreed details on monthly price and phone etc, but since then I have one email saying its coming tomorrow morning... another saying I am not entitled to an upgrade and yet another saying its out of stock but once its in stock they will ship it... oh and another with a bill for accessories (£50) which I have not ordered at all.... but so far I cannot get hold of these clowns to sort it out... ggrrrrrrrr

I upgraded on the 29th December. Contact made at 8.13am, and all sorted by 8.30am. Mine was done via Live chat ....but yours appears to have encountered a few problems so you will really need to call and speak to someone in CS...
