I had followed the O2's cancellation guide, and called to cancel my service four months ago, I am still being charged. And I am no longer living in the UK.
O2's stellar service, it's practically an art form trying to contact them. It's as if their commitment to excellence includes making themselves as elusive as possible when you are no longer living in the UK.
May i suggest using the overcharge to build a platform specifically for users who've already left the UK, who followed O2's cancellation guide, yet continue to be billed, so we can contact O2 to address such problem.

Do reach out to O2's Social Media team, @TimBoi - link below has the ways for X (Twitter), Facebook and Instagram.
A couple of nudges nay be needed to get their attention, but they do good work and are accessible from anywhere (assuming Social Media channels are not blocked where you are, of course!).
