Text the word NUMBER to 2020 – it's free, and will show if your SMS is broken or the Corona number is slow sending out SMS, @Peebs.

Good luck!

(It sends your phone number back to you in an SMS msg.)

You need to ask customer service to change your spend cap tp £5.00

Even though these texts are free to receive, a £0 spend cap will prevent them from being delivered.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

D'oh! Another undesired side-effect of an O2 "safety feature" for the customer, alas. Good catch, @MI5
