3g signal non existant, can I cancel my contract claiming it is not being fulfilled?

Anonymous
Not applicable

As title, the 3g coverage in GL2 9QH is very poor. Everyone at work (on o2) complains about it. Not many people left on o2 at work now tbh! Other network providers have amazing coverage in the area and I want to change over to the three network. I have 10 months of my o2 contract left.

Can I cancel the contract without paying too much of a cancellation fee?

Thanks

You would have to pay the number of months x the monthly contract price.
