3g faster than 4g

Is this possible?

Just done a speedtest using the o2 network status app and both come out at around 15mbps with 3g just slightly faster

I would say though Mr Jonsie that where there is 4g down here there is only one bar of signal.

It seems like the networks are trying to get some coverage in as many places as they can and will then fill in the blanks later
