3G

Hi, I am David and I cannot get my Nokia Lumia 520 to connect to 3G. Went to the local O2 shop and they tell me 3G is only good near Belfast. I live in Craigavon. The mobile network settings on my phone do not give me any options such as 2G or 3G.

Set your network settings to "highest available" and check your postcode here for the expected level of service in your area http://status.o2.co.uk/
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi

Try sending active to 2020 and save the settings and re boot the phone.

Check your masts to see what they say.
