3G Signal Strength

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problems I am having?  My phone (Iphone 4s) says I have full signal and full 3G but when I try to use the net, my connection is slow and more often than not, doesnt respond and says unable to connect to the internet.

I have checked the signal strength on the website and it says I should be receiving great signal but this is not the case.  I dont want to use tech support chat again as they are useless and do not resolve any of my issues.

Im not really very happy with O2 at the moment! I am being charged full service but not getting what im paying for!

Did you check for a mast fault in your postcode area:

http://status.o2.co.uk/

Does it normally work well?

If the phone is displaying a full 3G signal you must be receiving it. Have you tried any problem solving methods? Removed SIM? Rebooted phone? Reset network settings etc?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have checked the mast and I have rebooted my phone and have gone through all the settings with the O2 engineer but still nothing!
