That's a long time though O2 won't give time scales. You could download the My Network app and report it through that... or get in touch with customer services who may give you a goodwill gesture payment. If this continues you may need to think about changing to another supplier. Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Hi, this made me laugh at O2 - the useless bunch. I’m replying to your message dated in 2019, it’s now 2024 and O2 still do not and have not in the five years in between been able to offer a viable, usable service around East Croydon Station.
