£33.00 bill instead of £20

Hi all,

I've just switched from pay as you go to pay monthly 20GB for £20 tariff and got my first bill with amount of £33.00.

I'm wondering, why is it not £20?

Certainly should be challenging it. I had a 50% discount on my tariff for 6 months. After the first initial bill (slightly higher as I changed a little early) the discount was applied for 6 months and then reverted to normal tariff immediately after the discount expired.
