Spoke to 202 the next day - they couldn't tell me. They said they'd look into it and get back to me. They didn't. I chased again today to find a note on my account to say they won't refund me for the calls because I moved from unlimited tariff to 300 mins tariff. Apparently the day I made the calls they were over my 'pro rata' despite not being over my allowance.
Am not happy and have diaried to give 30 days notice to cancel my account on 23 Jan 2014 😞
