Ive recently upgraded but did not receieve an email to claim the £300 digital gift card on offer at the time
. How do i get this?

There are a few of us who haven't. It's a real pain but I had to ring the redemption team and send over proof of my purchase. Screenshots of the contract, payments leaving my bank account, my o2 account, the style of contract I'm on, proof the phone got to me.via tracking.
