I upgraded on the 7th of August. Still haven't received my £300 gift card. Has anyone else had issues with this?

You should get the email after 14 days.

Yep. 20 days in and nothing. Had to send six different documents proving I have bought the phone and still getting nowhere. O2 keep telling me ring redemptions, redemptions keep telling me ring O2. The community pages just keep sending T&C's which I've read over and over

Yes I ordered a phone on 27 July phoned today 10/9/22 to be told offer has expired, have received no email on how to claim as promised was offered 2 months free line rental instead this is nothing more than a scam, will be contacting my solicitors
