Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has had problems redeeming their summer offer gift card. I've waited 14 days and not had an email, the company sending them said o2 hadn't passed on my details and had no record of my purchase. I've had to send off all my contracts, a bank statement proof of purchase and all emails from o2 to prove I bought the correct phone.
Is there some weird rule like one card per household?

I am hoping after reading all that, that it has just been an error and keeping everything crossed.
It was purchased on time, the correct phone and contract and meets everything specified 🤞🤞🤞

I have seen loads of people having this issue myself and girlfriend included!! We both have sent proof of purchase too o2 rewards I think!! o2 have made a complete mess of this

The problem is, that the staff just keep sending the info the community does. I have read the T&Cs approx 30 times now. My purchase applies and I'm now stuck between the redemption team saying "The info was sent to o2 to approve" and o2 saying "Ring the redeem team, they'll sort it". Close to giving up at this point. My partner ordered the same phone and got his no problem, getting hold of someone who actually understands the issue is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
