If you get the o2 open discount but at some stage change to a job in which you cant get the discount, does the discount stop immediately , or only at the end of your contract. Below is a quote from the o2 open web page. At first glance it may seem you get it till the end of the contract by looking at the first sentence, but the second sentence seems to contradict this. Any help? Here is the quote: "What happens if I leave the company or the membership scheme? You'll continue with your O2 Open mobile deal until the end of your contract. Once you've left the company or membership scheme, you'll no longer be eligible to receive O2 promotional deals as part of the O2 Open scheme."

I believe that for the duration of that contract, yes, they can continue with a clear conscience.

I'd say yes. As most cs staff will just tell you, you have it for the duration of your contract if you called to cancel the offer.
