just wanted to know why there is a 3 week delay on the iPhone 13 pro max

Because there are none available in the UK except the limited Apple stock which they are keeping to themselves.

There are worldwide shortages of semiconductors so phones cannot be manufactured at the rate they normally are.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
