I was able to order a PAYG simonly contract for one of our family devices but when trying to complete the second i am now getting the purchase declined or at least its failing at the last screen when placing an order. Anyone know the reason for this? Tried using different cards for authorisation with no success.

I'm guessing it's just a sim only and not PAYG?
If so, it may be too close to the previous order.
It's advisable to leave 30 days between applications.

Cheers for that - my mistake - yes its a sim only 12 month contract. I'll contact them tomorrow morning and see if they can help.
