This network is so [Removed]

. I can't believe I have to pay for this service. I upgraded my phone now I can't make any calls. I called o2 and a woman from o2 customers service called Mapisa said that any one upgrading network will not work for 24 hours but I upgraded my iPhone and my Samsung but I haven't got any network on my Samsung and my iPhone is working fine. So there are con artists as well as liars. If I didn't have both phones they would have fool me.

@Flour

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

@Flour Assuming one is a new handset? Did you ask for a new SIM with this? As sometimes O2 can activate a new SIM but it is yet to arrive to you meaning your existing SIM shows as not provisioned or no service. If this is the case they you can either wait for this to arrive (usually next day), or head to your nearest O2 store and get a new one there.

If you've no new SIM it is strange that it would be working on one device but not another.
