Hi all,
currently spent the last hour trying to send a text to 21500 to obtain the loyalty discount on 2 extra contracts taken out, but it keeps saying failed to send, all other texts are working fine. tried getting through to 02 but they closed at 9pm, feeling very fed up!!

You will have to speak to them tomorrow. Between 8-8.30 is the best time to avoid a long wait
