currently spent the last hour trying to send a text to 21500 to obtain the loyalty discount on 2 extra contracts taken out, but it keeps saying failed to send, all other texts are working fine. tried getting through to 02 but they closed at 9pm, feeling very fed up!!

It won't affect the discount if you use another number as it will reply with "please reply with the word LOYALTY followed by your main number, then all subsequent numbers.
They do it like this in case users have data only plans and tablets
