I am looking to take one of the new deals that went live yesterday on Uswitch, In the first page is said RPI will be adjusted in April 2024 and speaking with a sale  rapresentative he confirmed that, however if I go forward with the purchase when I download the Summury of the new contrat it states that the price incease it will show up in April 2023.

Can anyone confirm that the new contracts from yesterday are 2023 RPI exempt?

I renewed 2 of my Sim-only contracts yesterday, via the deals on USwitch.

The O2 website said April 2024. The pre-contract email (that only arrived an hour later) shows 2023 increases.

The salesperson I spoke to on 202 says that the price increases already 'happened a few days ago' and the increases on new sales won't apply until 2024.

My advice: screenshot everything. Or wait until 1 April if you can.

@sfriziona Last year the cutoff date was 25 March, but I wouldn't trust that it would be the same this year. Probably best to wait until April.

Was that from today or yesterday? The one I put up was today (25th) which was the same as last year.

That was today and only trough comparison website like Uswitch but for the date on the second image in the contract even if I choose a deal from O2 website it say that will increase next month.

I am pretty sure they just forgot to update all the links but I am a bit reluctant to complete the purchase because of the hefty rise I will incur in few weeks if that wasn't the case.
