20% discount for my airtime plan

I purchased a new phone/ contract in April for my daughter. I already am an02 customer and was told that I would get 20% discount from my daughter airtime plan which wouldn't show up until my 2nd bill. I think I have just received my 3rd bill with no discount!! I had been in contact with one of the 02 guru who reassured me that this would show on my next bill but to no avail!! Wondered what I need to do next??
