£20.73 abroad charge?

Just returned from 4 day trip to France,have 12gb sim only deal,i have notification of £20.73 added for abroad use?   What is this?   I have o2 travel bolt on?    Thank you

If you were in France you can use your allowances as you did in the UK. No Travel Bolt on needed.

Did you send and pictures or MMS?
