Hello, I ordered a tablet 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I have been on live chat twice & the staff say I will receive an email soon as it’s dispatched. Is this normal? Does it ever take this long?

Live chat is correct in this instance.

Stock levels are always low at this time of year and getting stock has been made more difficlult due to COVID unfortunately.

It may well be out of stock. You need to call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
