2 new sim deals

I signed up for 2 new sim deals 4 days ago. Still haven't had any sims delivered and just got billed for bith accounts even though it states you will be billed 21 days after the sims have been activated. How have they been acivated when i havent even got them. Plus its states total price for each sim was £18 so why it 1 sim line saying £20 64 and the other sim is for £19.74.

I have had enough already and am.going to stick with smarty mobile. I want these 2 sim deals cancelling ASAP.

Already.spoke to them. They just fobbed me off saying i need to contact customer support team.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
