I have received 2 bills this month and would like to know why that is? The reason for billing doesn't make sense.

If you are on Refresh you do have 2 bills, one for device and one for airtime.

However if you have had extra to that you need to contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
