2 Phone Numbers

I have just received a UKMail reference for delivery of my iPhone 6, which im absolutely thrilled about.  But my account on My O2 now lists 2 phone numbers, my old one that ive had for years and a brand new unknown one.

I was under the impression that as it was an regular upgrade that my number would not change?

I am also hoping that I am not going to be charged for 2 tariffs!

 

Anybody had any experience of this?

Sounds like you've taken a new contract.
You'll need to call CS on 202 to get it straightened out.

It does sound like a second tariff which you can deal with as long as you contact Custoner Services ASAP.
