hi all i am a new o2 customer and loveing the service just wanted to know when my 1st direct debit will be taken from my account i all ready have my 1st bill a fewdays ago .and states it should be payd by the 26th thats it

Hi @dorcus24 You receive your first bill then payment is taken 2 weeks later

The 26th is your payment date so the DD will be called from your bank on that date each month.
