Welcome to the o2 Community forum. 

Sorry to hear you are still having difficulties. 

I have just checked and more is there Left hand side drop down box BUT you need to sign into MYO2 then look for box left hand side bottom there is More.

Using my laptop this is what you see.

Log into My O2 then you are presented with the icons as shown.

Click on MORE...Click on Age Verification
