i have unlimited text but they havent given me my unlimited minutes to o2 numbers

Are you Def on the correct plan?

Or have you just recently moved to that plan.

If you have been using it before and never had an issue nor changed it, then I would advised you to contact customer care and check with them if anything has changed?
