I wanted to cancel my new contract within 14 day, but I wanted to change my tariff to pay as you go.
On day 9 i called 202, a person I spoke to, said i will need a new sim card, after receiving my new payg sim card i was told to call 202 again to transfer my number. Yesterday i received my new sim card, I called them, in theory, transfer was done. I ask about some sort of confirmation about it to be sent on my email, but I didn't get anything, also my old sim still works.
Tomorrow is day 14 with is last day to cancel contract, and I'm worried I will not be able to cancel it anymore.
Is there any way to check is cancellation if being processed?
