If you return a device within the 14. Day period, does it have to be returned to the o2 store you purchased it from or can you return it to any store?

It depends on whether the store you originally purchased the item from is a franchise or not. If the store is owned by O2, you can return it to any O2-owned store. If the store is a franchise, you must return it to that franchise.
