Hola slight_smile I’m on the 12 month upgrade plan with an iPhone X which is up soon, I know I have to return the device but does anybody know if it matters if the headphones or power plug are missing?

@MikeF make sure you remove your iTunes account and factory reset the phone too as per the T&C's here https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/yearly-upgrade-terms-and-conditions
