@Charlie71 If the charge is only pending it probably never left your bank account. If it did, it will be refunded in a few days as you didn't complete any transaction. Check your bank statement. If the money was taken and you don't receive a refund in the next few days, call O2 customer service. The number is 0800 032 1402. Best time to call is 8 am.
