0913 6662005 - I never made this call!!

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've been charged £2 for a 9 second call I didn't make. Looking on line others who play the game "Draw Free" have also been affected.

How do I go about stopping this happening again and getting refunded?

Your refund needs to come from the company who have charged you. Report it as advised above and chase it up directly. O2 cs might refund as a goodwill gesture but it isn't o2's fault.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Definitely get onto the phonepayplus website and get it reported asap.

Also contact cs asap and advise them of what's happened. As stated above, it's not o2s fault. But they may give a goodwill credit towards the cost charged.

Let us know how things pan out.

Charlie.
