I would doubt it as they didn't force you to call the number, but you can ask the question http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You had to make the call, so why shouldn't you pay for making it. That's like saying, I need fuel for an urgent journey and i want bp to give it to me for free.... Its not going to happen.
