HI I AM A BIT ANNOYED AS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED £2 FOR A CALL TO THIS NUMBER BUT HAD NO WARNING AT THE OUTSET THIS WOULD BE A CHARGABLE CALL IN THE PAST O2 HAVE WARNED OF NOT BEING A FREE CALL

To be honest I thought everyone in this day and age knew those numbers are charheable....

But did you not get a prompt to say that the call was free or chargable im sure in the past this was the case ??
