Can only find information from 2018.
So, as of March 2020, are 0345 calls included in mobile contract minutes or charged separately?
I read the old posts, 03 calls are included but I'm also a talktalk customer and they charge for 0345 but do not charge for 0300 and both call types begin with 03.
TalkTalk class 0345 as "chargeable as it is a service number".
I've received wrong information recently from O2 about what calls are included and I was charged and got a refund when they were not, so I want to be clear before calling 0345 numbers.
Thanks
Dave

Hi @Davv
Calls to 03 and 070 numbers cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers starting 01 or 02, and are included in your minutes and texts as part of your tariff.

Thanks for the quick reply. And that 100% includes 0345?
