had call off this number today saying as my contract was taken out with carphone warehouse offing to buy may contract out or something along them lines an i could up grade said i would get email an text but nothing as yet

Call 202 and speak to upgrades to check it was from O2.

Just checked and It's a number associated with LBM Marketing, who are a so called trusted partner of O2

So block the number and call o2 directly on 202 to upgrade/

Never take out a contract from a cold call, or you will probably end up with a business contract which you neither want or need.
