Hi can some one help my mother inlaw was given a.new 02sim card but when it's put into her phone theirs is no 2 logo ?do we have to activate the SIM card if so can we do it on line

Are you sure her phone is unlocked as it should pickup the network automatically.

Yes the phone unlock because my husband put his 02 sim in her phone and it show the logo 02

When the new O2 sim is in the phone does it let you connect to the top up line on 4444?

If not, it could possibly be a faulty sim or an old sim that has been deprovisioned.

In that case I would pick up a new sim from the O2 store or Tesco, Asda etc. Sounds like a faulty sim.
